I’d like to preface the following by disclosing that no one has actually ever asked us these or any questions. Regardless, here is the Frequently Asked Questions list.
Q: Hey guys I have a really awesome track/band I found, will you guys put it up on the blog?
A: Send it to our email and if we like it hell yes we’ll post about it.
Q: I am a musician and I want to know if you guys will promote me or post some tracks up.
A: First of all that’s not a real question since it didn’t end with a question mark, but we here at The Tape® believe strongly in shameless promotion so we’d love to help you out. It also really helps if we like it. But more important than that is that you send us your stuff, seriously we love that. It makes us feel warm inside. Like hot chocolate, except meant for the ears.
Q: There’s an inaccuracy! I hate your choice of music in [insert post]! I spend time sending hatemail to people I deeply adore on a subconscious level!
A: Send us an email and we’ll see just how valid your hatred is. If it’s really valid then you get a virtual stamp of approval.
Q: I am a concerned individual and I would like to wonder about the safety measures you take before writing a post/crossing the street.
A: Not to worry as we always look both ways before doing either.
Q: Nice blog, do you mind if I link to it?
A: On the contrary fine sir. Any support you show us is much appreciated. Talk about us, blog about us, talk about blogging about us, blog about blogging about us, tell your friends your family and their friends and extended family. What you sadly can’t do is steal our lovely written content. Each word contains a small piece of our souls which we had some difficulty negotiating for but it is very important to us.
