Chicago’s favorite glam rapper, Kid Sister, is prepping her long, long, long anticipated debut album, Ultraviolet for its October 6th release date. Previously titled Dream Date, Melisa Young’s release will have production from some of the world’s best, including A-Trak, XXXChange, Rusko, Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso, Sinden, Herve and Yuksek. The new single, “Right Hand Hi” starts off with some rave stabs, but quickly adds the vocal hook that’ll get stuck in your head for a good week. Melisa’s rhymes and flow are as good as ever, and there’s no doubt that this release could propel her to female rapper superstardom, joining the ranks of Missy Elliot and Queen Latifah.
