Remix Party!!!

Written by willshoob on Sunday, 16 of November , 2008 at 9:05 pm

I’m generally against remixes because they normally end up being boring and unoriginal. But sometimes a remix comes along that really does its job, which is to give you a different interpretation of the original song. I’d just like to share a few remixes that have accomplished this ideal, and are relatively new to the internet. Enjoy!

Bloc Party- Ares (Pin Me Down Remix)

Yeasayer- Sunrise (Pocketknife’s Rise and $hine Remix)

Of Montreal- Gallery Piece (Minitel Rose Remix)

Not really a remix, sort of a cover type thing. It sort of sucks, but it’s sort of entertaining.
Lil Wayne- Whoever You Like
