So Much New Hip-Hop!!!

This has been a good couple of weeks for hip-hop. Tha Carter III is obviously the biggest album ever, but some new singles were released as well. Most of these tracks were found on Nah Right.
Here is some bonus Wayne, produced by David Banner. Another song with an average beat, but ridiculous lyrics. Isn’t every Wayne song like that? (A few exceptions on TCIII in which there are some tremendous beats as well.)
Warning: The quality is pretty shitty, but I really like this new T.I. track, expected to be on his new album The Paper Trail, due out late summer. It seems like ever since T.I. got arrested and is now going to jail for a year, his songs come across with a better message. He’s starting to say better messages in his songs, which is a nice change considering how many kids will listen to him.
Here is one of my favorite rappers (Wale) rapping over one of my favorite Carter III beats (Mr. Carter). Not much more to say, other than that it’s a great song.
Wale- Hey Mr. Carter (Freestyle)
Killa Cam is back! Cam’ron is amazing.
Last, Gemstones new mixtape was released today and the link is HERE.

It’s all about how that Lil Wayne song samples Hall & Oates “Wait for Me”- gotta love cross-genre sampling
