Guilty Music Monday #18

Sorry for the delay, it’s summer. This weeks theme was an idea given to me by Tristan Rodman (1/2 of up and coming L.A. DJ group, Swine Forkbeard). This weeks theme is autotune, aka Chris Brown and T-Pain.
First we have “The Boss” by Rick Ross and T-Pain. I’m pretty sure this has already been a guilty music monday selection, but thats ok. This song is pretty guilty, even if the only reason is that Rick Ross uses the word ‘thus’.

Second we have “Good Life” by Kanye West, once again featuring T-Pain. I love Kanye’s songs. I hate Kanye, I love his music. He has exciting beats, and sometimes witty lyrics. That combination, plus T-Pain makes this a guilty victory.

Last but not least, we have a remix of Chris Brown’s “Kiss Kiss.” This song features T-Pain as well! I chose the Eli Escobar remix for a few reasons. It’s more guilty than the regular version because the first about 30 seconds is a voice saying “Nappy boy, and pretty boy.” It made me laugh. This remix also features Wale, and that basically justifies this song being on my Itunes.
